Law360, New York (March 9, 2012, 2:30 PM EST) -- Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. argued Thursday that a Virginia federal judge should nix Financial Markets International Inc.'s lawsuit over a U.S. Agency for International Development subcontract because the company had gone out of its way to provide billing documentation to FMI.
The defendant moved for summary judgment on FMI's breach of contract claim nearly a month after the judge threw out FMI's other claims for fraudulent inducement, constructive fraud and negligent misrepresentation.
