Former Enron Execs Settle SEC Fraud Allegations

Law360 (August 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A pending civil suit brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission against two former Enron Corp. executives has been put to rest, with the pair agreeing to pay disgorgements and civil penalties in return for the dismissal of all fraud allegations, the SEC said Monday.
