Ex-Frontier Holdings CEO Fights $6.8M Restitution

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 1:04 PM EDT) -- The imprisoned former CEO of Frontier Holdings Inc. implored a Georgia federal judge Friday to vacate a $6.8 million restitution order for an alleged investment fraud scheme, saying he never dealt with several individuals identified as victims.

Jeffrey Wallace Edwards was sentenced in December to nine years in prison followed by three years of supervised release on charges he used Frontier to scam investors out of $7.4 million. Edwards has since appealed the decision to the Eleventh Circuit.
