Judge OKs Employee Class In Electrolux Don, Doff Suit

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 2:23 PM EDT) -- An Iowa federal judge on Friday said a group of AB Electrolux Inc. production employees could go ahead with collective action claims accusing the company of not paying them overtime for time spent putting on and taking off protective gear for work at a now-closed plant.
