Apple Wants Samsung Punished For Withholding Source Code

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 1:24 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Friday urged a California federal judge overseeing its patent infringement suit against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to issue sanctions for Samsung's violation of a court order requiring the company to hand over source code for its touch screen devices.
