NY Bill To Reveal Cos.’ Political Spending Faces Long Odds

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 1:55 PM EDT) -- A New York City Democrat was in Albany, N.Y., Monday pushing a long-shot bill to force corporations to tell their stockholders about political expenditures as states grapple with the U.S. Supreme Court's Citizen's United ruling, which eliminated federal restrictions on such spending.
