DOT Puts Up $900M For BART Rail Line Extension

Law360, San Diego (March 12, 2012, 10:46 PM EDT) -- The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is set to receive $900 million in federal funds for the planned extension of San Francisco’s Bay Area Rapid Transit rail system to Santa Clara County, where Silicon Valley firms continue to crop up, according to a Monday announcement.
