Joint Venture Brings 249-Unit Condo Tower To Seattle

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 5:14 PM EDT) -- Two Seattle-based real estate companies and a private equity firm inked a partnership to build a $95 million multifamily apartment building that could could become one of the city's most distinctive residences, they said Monday.

Goodman Real Estate, Harbor Urban LLC and Chicago-based Capri Capital Partners had been in talks since August before settling Feb. 29 on the deal's terms and closing on the land.
