Rebekah Brooks Arrested Again In News Corp. Hacking Probe

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 1:26 PM EDT) -- British police reportedly arrested former News of the World editor Rebekah Brooks and five others Tuesday in connection with the phone hacking scandal at the defunct newspaper, on suspicion they tampered with evidence or otherwise disrupted the course of justice.

Brooks, her husband, and Mark Hanna, the director of group security at News Corp. unit News International, were among those arrested, The Guardian reported. Sources told the paper a noneditorial News International employee was also taken into custody.
