Judge Tosses Solute Challenge To Navy's Task Orders

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 5:09 PM EDT) -- A federal judge dismissed a claim from Solute Consulting protesting the U.S. Navy's awarding a rival contractor a task order that allegedly increased the scope of an underlying contract held by Solute, saying she lacked jurisdiction to decide the issue in a February ruling unsealed Tuesday.
