Judge Denies Dismissal Of PG&E Bias Suit

Law360 (August 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pacific Gas & Electric Co. has lost its bid to toss a discrimination suit brought by two employees alleging that the utility demoted one worker based on his age and disability condition and overlooked another worker for a promotion due to his national origin.
