Rambus Lashes Out At Nanya In Deposition Dispute

Law360, New York (August 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Taking depositions for its memory patent case has proven to be a slow-going process for Rambus Inc., which has been wrangling with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to obtain testimony from its research unit’s chief executive, and faces new opposition from Nanya Technology Corp.

Nanya asked the court last month to block its Taiwan-based designees from being deposed in San Francisco and proposed that Rambus take the depositions in Taiwan instead.
