Con Ed Pressured To Return $133.5M To Customers

Law360, New York (March 14, 2012, 5:24 PM EDT) -- Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc. should blunt a coming rate hike by returning $133.5 million to ratepayers, a lawyer for a consumer group said Wednesday, in a bid to force the utility to raise the amount it plans to hand back to customers this year.
