Fashionista Says Asprey, PE Owner Killed His Handbag Line

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 7:22 PM EDT) -- Designer Bruce Hoeksema on Wednesday sued fashion company Asprey International Ltd. and a managing partner of its private equity owner in New York federal court, alleging the defendants broke consulting contracts, exploited his design services and killed his brand of luxury handbags.
