GAO Sides With Protester Of $12.6M Computer Contract

Law360, Chicago (March 15, 2012, 4:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office sided with Digital Technologies Inc. in its protest over U.S. Department of Agriculture $12.6 million contract for computer maintenance that it lost, finding the agency improperly determined the protester's lower price was unrealistic, a decision released Wednesday said.
