2nd Circ. Says No Chadbourne Conflict In Reinsurance Row

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 3:42 PM EDT) -- A possible conflict of interest involving a Chadbourne & Parke LLP associate did not disqualify the firm from representing R&Q Reinsurance Co. in an asbestos reinsurance dispute with Utica Mutual Insurance Co., the Second Circuit ruled Thursday.
