Law360, New York (August 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A month after the original manuscript of The Good Earth turned up in a Philadelphia auction house, the heirs of Pearl S. Buck and the charity aid organization she helped found have reached a settlement over who owns the rights to the Pulitzer Prize winning novel and scores of other Buck documents.
