FERC Upholds Morgan Stanley Transmission Award

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 7:59 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday threw out Powerex Corp.’s complaint against the Sierra Nevada-area federal power marketing administration, saying there was no evidence of any improper conduct when the agency awarded Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc. long-term transmission service.
