5th Circ. Nixes Remand Review In $20M Transocean Suit

Law360, New York (March 16, 2012, 8:54 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Thursday refused to overturn the state court remand of a suit seeking $20 million from a Transocean Ltd. unit and its insurers for water contamination caused by gas exploration, letting stand a decision that insurer ICAROM waived its right to have the suit heard in federal court.
