Whistleblower Says BP Gulf Atlantis Plant Still Not Safe

Law360, New York (March 16, 2012, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A former BP PLC contractor whose False Claims Act suit alleges serious safety problems at the energy giant’s Atlantis facility in the Gulf of Mexico urged a judge on Thursday to set an immediate trial date, claiming the plant remains unsafe.
