DC Circ. Revives Cardinal Shipping Ban In Oxycodone Fight

Law360, New York (March 16, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday reinstated the ban blocking Cardinal Health Inc. prescription drug shipments brought on by allegations that it filled suspicious orders for oxycodone, saying the company hadn’t demonstrated that the ban should remain unenforced while it’s appealed.
