Judge Tainted $60M Trademark Row, NuVasive Tells 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (March 20, 2012, 1:49 PM EDT) -- Medical device maker NuVasive Inc. last week asked the Ninth Circuit to toss a $60 million verdict in a trademark infringement suit with Neurovision Medical Products Inc., slamming a district court judge for prejudicing and misleading the jury that awarded the damages.
