Convicted NY Hospital Fraud Plotters Say DOJ Hid Witness

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 7:15 PM EDT) -- The three contractors and four men convicted in February of conspiring to defraud New York Presbyterian Hospital in a kickback scheme said Friday that they should have a new trial because the government squirreled away a key witness whose testimony would have damaged prosecutors' “smoking gun” evidence.
