Low Class Cert. Bar Will Keep FLSA Suits In Vogue

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 8:42 PM EDT) -- The number of new Fair Labor Standards Act suits lodged in federal courts between 2010 and 2011 jumped by more than 15 percent, according to Federal Judicial Caseload Statistics released last week, and attorneys say the low bar for certifying the suits will keep the upward trend going.
