DOL Head Grilled On ERISA Fiduciary, Child Safety Rules

Law360, New York (March 21, 2012, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Lawmakers on Wednesday pressed Labor Secretary Hilda Solis for details on the Department of Labor's plans to repropose controversial regulations that would broaden the definition of "fiduciary" under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and update restrictions on child labor in the agricultural industry.
