GAO Sustains Protest Of Justice's ID Services Agreement

Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 8:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has advised the Department of Justice to re-examine its awarding of a blanket purchase agreement for credential and access management services to LS3 Inc., according to a decision published earlier this month.

The GAO sustained a protest from NikSoft Systems Corp., rejecting the DOJ's contention that the company could not bring the protest because it had an organizational conflict of interest.
