Another Company Charged In Big Dig Dust-Up

Law360, New York (August 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Barely a year after a portion of the Big Dig Tunnel's ceiling collapsed and killed one driver, the company responsible for providing the epoxy holding support anchors believed to be the root cause of the accident has been indicted.

On Wednesday, Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley revealed that she had formally charged Powers Fasteners Inc. with one count of involuntary manslaughter due to the company's alleged negligence.
