Geithner Will Address Creditors Over Lehman Collapse

Law360, Los Angeles (March 20, 2012, 6:27 PM EDT) -- Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner will answer questions from Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. creditors over conversations he had with executives from the investment bank and JPMorgan Chase Bank NA in the days before Lehman collapsed in 2008, according to a court filing Friday.

Geithner, who was president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York at the time of the investment bank's collapse, will provide written answers to written questions from Lehman creditors, the document filed in Washington federal court said.
