3rd Circ. Upholds Cadbury Settlement In Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (March 20, 2012, 8:07 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday upheld the approval of a $250,000 settlement between Cadbury PLC and a subclass of indirect chocolate purchasers in multidistrict litigation accusing major chocolate producers of conspiring to fix prices, finding that a pro se objector's bid to dismiss the settlement was meritless.
