Sens. Want Quality Data Collection For Insourcing Decisions

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 4:13 PM EDT) -- The government must cut its spending on contractors and find better ways to gauge whether contractors or federal workers would be more cost-effective for roles commonly performed under services contracts, lawmakers said at a Senate hearing Thursday.
