Ex-JPMorgan Execs Face Fight Over Jump To Credit Suisse

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 6:40 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Thursday ordered two former JPMorgan Chase Bank NA executives to make their case that she shouldn't block them from taking confidential information, clients and fellow employees to rival Credit Suisse Securities USA LLC.

Coin's order came a day after JPMorgan made a bid for an emergency injunction barring Alejandro Malespin and Fernando Massaro from any further violations while the bank resolves its claims against them in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitration.
