Obama To Speed Up US Portion Of Keystone Pipeline

Law360, Los Angeles (March 21, 2012, 7:15 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama said Wednesday that he will order federal agencies to quicken approval of a U.S. portion of the TransCanada Corp.'s Keystone XL pipeline in a move the White House hopes will thwart Republican attacks on his energy policy and assuage concerns over rising gas prices.
