ITC Upholds DOC's Anti-Dumping Rules For Resellers

Law360 (August 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade ruled Wednesday that the U.S. Department of Commerce was correct to enforce stringent anti-dumping duties against American steel companies, which had argued that its policy was “arbitrary, capricious, and not supported by governing law.”

Parkdale International Ltd., Riverview Steel Co. Ltd, Samuel, Son & Co. Ltd. and Russel Metals Export, importers and export-resellers of Canadian steel products, first asked the court to review the DOC's policy earlier this year.
