High Court Asked To Mull Forum For IP Malpractice Suits

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A group of attorneys, including two Fulbright & Jaworski LLP partners, asked the U.S. Supreme Court this month to decide whether patent-related malpractice suits belong in state or federal court, after the Texas Supreme Court said it lacked jurisdiction over their $100 million dispute.
