Attys Grill DCAA Head Over Contractor Withholding Rule

Law360, Washington (March 22, 2012, 9:45 PM EDT) -- The director of the Defense Contract Audit Agency spoke to attorneys Thursday in defense of a much-criticized regulation that allows the DCAA to recommend automatic, audit-based withholding of contractor pay, saying that he will work with contractors to ensure that the rule is applied fairly.
