Ill. High Court Keeps Asbestos Suit Against CSX Alive

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 9:57 PM EDT) -- The Illinois Supreme Court on Thursday backed a decision that will allow the daughter of a former CSX Transportation Inc. employee to pursue claims that the railroad is responsible for her father’s asbestos-ridden clothes that eventually caused her mother’s death.
