NY High Court Says EPA Docs Sent To State Are Public

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 8:02 PM EDT) -- New York's highest court on Thursday ruled that federal agencies' communications to state agencies are public under the state's open records laws, in a case brought by a town seeking documents surrounding potentially hazardous contaminants in its drinking water.
