FDA Ordered To Target Antibiotics In Animal Feed

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 2:09 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to launch the process that may result in antibiotics being removed from animal feed, ruling in favor of health and consumer groups who say the antibiotics threaten human health.
