Enviro Groups Challenge New Jersey Waiver Rule

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 5:48 PM EDT) -- New Jersey environmental groups on Thursday sued to overturn a recently approved rule that allows the state to grant waivers to developers and others that exempt them from environmental regulations, a move they say is illegal and opens the door to more pollution.
