Sara Lee Workers Win Class Cert. In Don-Doff Action

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 5:06 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge on Friday certified a class of Sara Lee Corp. employees who claim the company failed to compensate them for time spent donning and doffing protective gear at their plant, saying they had enough in common to merit certification.
