AmEx, Deutsche Bank Sued For J&G Tax Shelter Scheme Role

Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 9:51 PM EDT) -- A Chicago nasal and sinus clinic on Monday sued Deutsche Bank AG and American Express Tax and Business Services Inc. for allegedly conspiring with defunct law firm Jenkens & Gilchrist PC to set up an illegal tax shelter for the clinic.
