Patton Boggs Says Upaid Owes Millions For IP Litigation

Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 9:05 PM EDT) -- Patton Boggs LLP accused former client Upaid Systems Ltd. on Monday in Texas of failing to pay at least $3 million in billings plus a contractually owed contingent fee for representing the company in an intellectual property dispute with Satyam Computer Service Ltd. that ended in a $70 million settlement.
