No End-Use Restriction On Pipe Duties, Fed. Circ. Says

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 6:52 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday reversed a finding that Chinese pipe fittings imported by King Supply Co. are outside the scope of an anti-dumping duty order, finding that a lower court failed to give proper deference to the U.S. Department of Commerce's finding that the duty order did not contain an end-use restriction.
