Pipe Explosion 'Hero' Sues Con Ed For Psych Damage

Law360, New York (August 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The man who is said to have held a gruesomely injured tow-truck driver in his arms following the July 18 steam pipe explosion in midtown Manhattan has sued the pipe's operator, Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc., for negligence, blaming it for his alleged moderate physical and severe psychological injury.
