Judge Approves $158M Settlement Of J&J Risperdal Suit

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 3:56 PM EDT) -- A Texas judge on Tuesday approved a final settlement in which a Johnson & Johnson unit will pay $158 million to end allegations that it illegally marketed antipsychotic drug Risperdal, despite the drugmaker's concerns that the whistleblower who brought the suit would receive too much from the deal.
