Wells Fargo Investors Certified In Securities Contract Row

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 8:43 PM EDT) -- A class of Wells Fargo NA investors claiming the bank's risky strategies breached the terms of their securities investment contracts won class certification Tuesday after a Minnesota federal judge ruled the contracts' similarity supported the treatment of the case as a class action.
