Biotronik Wants $100M Suit Over J&J Stent Recall Reopened

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 7:15 PM EDT) -- German drugmaker Biotronik AG asked a New York state appeals court Tuesday to allow it to seek $100 million in lost profits after a Johnson & Johnson unit's stent recall, arguing that profits were an integral part of its distribution contract with the company.
