Dean Foods, Others Dodge Retailers' Milk Antitrust Class Action

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 6:16 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee federal judge overseeing antitrust multidistrict litigation over milk prices dismissed on Tuesday a putative class action brought by direct purchasers of Dean Foods Co., Dairy Farmers of America Inc. and others, finding they failed to establish the relevant geographical market.
