Rapiscan Can't Shake X-Ray Distributor's $30M Contract Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 27, 2012, 5:11 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday refused to toss Istanbul-based X-Ray Center Inc.'s $30 million breach of contract suit accusing its former supplier Rapiscan Systems Inc. of marketing X-ray services in Turkey through a rival distributor.

California Superior Court Judge David L. Minning's decision paves the way for a trial over X-Ray Center's claim that Rapiscan violated the terms of their agreement providing X-Ray Center exclusive distribution rights within Turkey. Judge Minning said there were too many factual disputes at issue to dispose of the case....
