Korea Kumho To File Amended Complaint

Law360, New York (August 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge dismissed the complaint of a Korean company that accused three competitors of trying to keep it out of the U.S. rubber and plastics market on Monday, but gave it twenty days to file a second amended version.

Judge Martin J. Jenkins of the District Court for the Northern District of California ruled that Korea Kumho Petrochemical Co.'s complaint did not contain any evidence that the company had ever suffered from antitrust harm.
